At Coobie, we want you to feel as comfortable as our bras; if you aren't completely satisfied with your fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn items with tags attached. Please note that for hygienic reasons, items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
